The thought of asking someone for help with personal issues can be very daunting.
It can raise any number of questions and doubts, the mind starts working overtime, and very often we don't follow through.
Then several weeks or months later, we're at the same point of discomfort/stuckness again that started us looking for help in the first place.
I'd like to put your mind at rest and reassure you that within the new energy that's now coming and envelloping Earth, personal and spiritual healing and growth is hightened and can be very loving, compassionate and graceful.
All the old 'stories' can easily be released and by reconnecting to our core, we can once again come back to a place of true joy, balance and knowingness.
Working with the breath and by creating a safe space, together we'll look at what the problem is you're dealing with and help you release the old patterns that are keeping you stuck, and then integrate the new choices you make instead.
